Once you become a member of the Psyche family, you are assigned an Account Manager that is dedicated to you. The Account Manager works closely with you on every step of your product deployment, understanding your lab’s workflow, needs and schedule.
We offer custom software development if you have specific or unusual needs, we offer a unique training concept for each customer. Our trainer is a dedicated point of contact for you, working closely with your Account Manager to build a customized training for your staff and laboratory workflow, instrumentation, products that you have purchased and based upon your deployment timeframe.
