At Psyche, we believe that the success of our customers is paramount to our success. As such, we work on a very close, personal basis with each one of our customers. We get to know your laboratory at the beginning of our relationship with you – during the sales process. 

Once you become a member of the Psyche family, you are assigned an Account Manager that is dedicated to you. The Account Manager works closely with you on every step of your product deployment, understanding your lab’s workflow, needs and schedule.

We offer custom software development if you have specific or unusual needs, we offer a unique training concept for each customer. Our trainer is a dedicated point of contact for you, working closely with your Account Manager to build a customized training for your staff and laboratory workflow, instrumentation, products that you have purchased and based upon your deployment timeframe.
