Signing and Testing Locations (TM#137061, TM#138003) – (4 hours)
This features adds capability to assign a signing and testing location to each case and/or profile completed in NucleoLIS. In addition, details of the signing and testing locations are available to be included on case reports.
2D Barcode scanning Order Entry (TM#137145) – (2 hours, requires custom bar code processor)
This feature adds capability to process incoming orders via scanning 2D bar codes. This feature can be used to replace, or simplify, inbound orders interfacing.
Patient History in Consolidated Result Entry Window (TM#144264) – (1 hour)
This feature activates access to the patient history from within the Consolidate Result Entry window.
Specimen Merge \ Sub Specimen Capability (TM#146207) – (2 hours)
This feature enables more precise tracking of specimen records in NucleoLIS by allowing multiple specimen records to be “merged”. Thus enabling denoting that testing was performed on a specimen that originated from multiple specimen. In addition, this feature also allows creating sub specimen to indicate splitting of a single specimen into multiples.
Reagent Functions (TM#146277) – (4 hours)
This feature enables defining, assigning and tracking reagent utilization of NucleoLIS testing. Through defining reagents used by the lab, managing stock and assigning reagents to various testing elements, NucleoLIS can now associate reagent lots with tests performed.
Integrated Worksheets (TM#146491) – (4 hours)
This feature extends NucleoLIS to include an Excel like spreadsheet feature. This feature can be used for tracking specimen preparations, or other complex lab processes. All data imported or entered into the Integrated Worksheet module is saved to the database thus enabling database querying of all spreadsheet data.
Patient History to Report (TM#144263) – (4 hours)
This feature extends NucleoLIS’ report formatter to include an equally flexible Historical Results sections. In effect, all results generated though the NucleoLIS application can be included on the case report in a highly customized, configurable report section.
Implement Structured Variant Handling (TM#149193) – (requires the integrated worksheet module, + 2 hours)
This feature extends NucleoLIS with the capability to upload spreadsheets containing variant information for the purpose of analysis and reporting.
Implement Windopath Report Format Section (Linked case Diagnosis and Images) (TM#149064) – (4 hours)
This feature extends NucleoLIS for clients currently integrated with Windopath to include a results section specific to Windopath resulting data. This section is equally as configurable and flexible as other NucleoLIS report sections.
Batch Inlab Feature (TM#150302) – (2 hours)
This feature adds capability to NucleoLIS to batch inlab specimen.
Batch Resulting (TM#150724) – (4 hours)
This features adds capability to NucleoLIS to batch result both profile and constituent level results.
Report Formatter – Implement Previous Results (TM#150860) – (6 hours)
This feature extends the NucleoLIS report formatting to easily detect and report on results that have changed from the last case report.
Consolidated Accession Window (TM#147233) – (4 hours)
This features extends NucleoLIS by significantly streamlining the process of manual order entry by allowing manual entry to be completed in a highly configurable, highly optimized fashion.
